The home care service is shared with Abrahamsbergs health center and is run by a dedicated team consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors. Currently, 230 patients are enrolled. We work for quality with the patient in focus. Job satisfaction and teamwork are important. Job Description:
You will primarily work within home care, and your tasks will include blood pressure measurement, venous and capillary sampling, medication management, wound dressing, catheter care, etc. This is done based on individual delegations where you are required to pass knowledge tests and demonstrate practically that you have the necessary skills for the assignment. Work at the clinic may also occur.
Qualifications:
You are a trained nursing assistant with proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have several years of professional experience and are confident in your skills. Experience from primary care and home care as well as a B driver's license is a requirement.
Personal Qualities:
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who contributes to a good working climate. You need to be able to collaborate easily in a group but also take individual responsibility. The workload can vary, which requires flexibility, stress resistance, and a structured approach. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Employment Type:
Permanent employment. Full-time. Working hours are Monday to Friday. A lower working percentage can be discussed if you, as an applicant, wish for that. A probationary period may be applied. Start date as soon as possible or as agreed.

- background checks will be applied before a hiring decision according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to applicable directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
